Murder Victim Advocate & Public Safety Funding
Jill works with the Georgia Bureau of Investigation, State Patrol, and Judicial budgets. To protect the privacy of murder victims, Jill passed legislation to prevent brutal and gruesome crime scene photos from publication. Jill also passed legislation put more State Trooper motorcycles on patrol in metro Atlanta.
Transportation & MARTOC
US & GADOT construction crews will convert I-85 HOV lanes into toll lanes from Shallowford Rd. north. As Chairman of the MARTOC Committee, Jill makes sure the examination of MARTA spending continues. Jill and the auditors reviewed MARTA's Wall Street investments and found millions of unreported dollars from Cayman Island transactions!
